I jumped in the pool though for an early set - managed to complete
6x50m (alternate f/s and kick (Board/L/R arms)
2x 600m (first RPE3, second 100m RPE9 500m RPE5)
2x 50m c/d
Not a huge amount but had to get out to do some work!!
