Just a quick splash around this morning - I had hoped to do more but I had to catch a train to London for work.
2x500m RPE4-5
5x50m RPE6-7 (focusing on pulling through the stroke)
1x500m RPE3
1x50 RPE2
I think there is a bike session tonight so I will extend that to compensate for the missed 2500m this morning!
