T -6 - Swim bike and Run!

After dropping the kids off jumped in the pool for a 4x 10min (RPE9-10 then down to race pace) swim - felt really good but after that rushed off to a meeting that had been moved (Oxford to London) without telling me so I wasted the morning!

At lunchtime I fitted in the rest of the day's activities, a bike set and a run set. Both were 3x10mins (slow build race pace). Both felt good with the run being better!

Calves ache quite a lot from the run yesterday and today - another set tomorrow and then swim only on Wednesday.
