Well I head home tonight :-))
Woke at about 3.30am today but decided not to head to the gym until 4.45.....managed to fit in 60mins on the bike...woohoo

Feel good but diet over here is awful, I am soooo hungry - how much protein to they eat over here - T bone steak and salmon steaks seem to be the standard - with no side dishes...sometime I would love just a salad...not a 16oz steak.....
