Finally worked out how to use my Garmin when swimming :-) under the first hat - goggle straps either side of it and another hat on top - simples!
Works really well - does not slip and vibrates to tell me when I have swum 100m (or any distance it can be set to!) - pretty accurate too
So this morning was:
3x200m building pace
2x500m - first at 75% long gliding strokes, second at 85% long strokes but with power
Managed a 30min recovery run before too - looking forward to the rest day and Em's wedding tomorrow!
