Possibly the hardest set I have done on a turbo ever......thank God tomorrow is a rest....
WU: 10minutes easy - INTO 5 x 30s @ spin ups (90-100RPM), 30s easy in b/t
MS: 4 x 10mins @ 80-85% MHR
5mins very easy in between.
CD: 10 min easy spin and stretch
the 10mins efforts were v v hard.....
